I recently used Prelitz Design Build for ADU plans for my home. Chris prepared plans that included very detailed comments. Chris incorporated many cost saving features without compromising quality or aesthetics. The plans were approved by the City without delay. I am extremely impressed with the attention to detail in the plans, and the functionality and cost effectiveness of the design. Chris does incredible work and has transformed many spaces throughout the region into beautiful, artistic and comfortable environments in which to live, work and play. He’s also a pleasure to be around - professional, fair and a lot of fun, too!

I consulted with Mr. Prelitz on a substantial remodel project. He has great design ideas and always finds a less expensive option to keep costs reasonable. He has such a deep knowledge of his craft that he is able to keep focused on the big picture. But he is also super detail oriented. I highly recommend him as a quality contractor.
