Wonderful experience. Wait time was OK. I’d like to highlight 2 people. Victor was the consummate professional. Explained everything and was great. The 2nd person I’d like to highlight is Dr. Papa’ s assistant . This woman was exceptional!
As far as the technicians and doctor were concerned everything was very good. The waiting time was horrible. 35 minutes late for the appointment and 55 minutes waiting for the doctor once the tech stuff was completed. That is 90 minutes of doing nothing. The staff l dealt with said it was like this every day and that corporate said everything was fine. If you have nothing else to do but kill time, this is the place to go. It is called over booking for more profit at the customers expense. However the eye part was great.
I feel the doctor gave me a thorough exam and that he was very knowledgeable. But last time I was at this facility with a different doc and this time, the docs seem so rushed and slightly bothered if you ask more than one question. We are there for the care of our eyes. Patients will have questions.
A very impressive appointment - no delays, thorough examinations and good results.
