From a management standpoint, Chris is a true book of knowledge. Whether it's looking at things from a different perspective, helping with talking points or just willing to sit down and go through any of my processes, he is always willing to help. It is also nice having a managing broker who will answer the phone at almost any time of day to answer questions.

Working with Chris was the best! I was dreading the home buying process after hearing the horror stories, but he made the whole thing really straightforward and stress free. He did his research and knew the areas we were looking in well; he was even able to get us some money back to make necessary repairs.
