Awful, bought a new truck there and the service department can’t fix anything.
Usually have a good experience at Chris Nikel. I had a molar coupon for a semi synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $39. I was first told they were out of the oil but could give me a deal off a full synthetic oil change. I opted just conventional oil and tire rotation. I waited 1.5 hours. When i got home I was lookin*at my car and noticed that a wheel on my driver rear that had some peeling clear coat was still in that same spot. Took my car to the service department for a specific reason and they did do what they were charging me for. In the 5 days that they had my car however their mechanic noted another problem but they did not bother to tell me about the issue. My car broke down on my way home from their shop for that secondary reason. Had they have told me about the second problem I would have gladly paid for them to fix in the 5 days they had my car.
