Saturday I visited Chris Nikel, I was greeted with a warm smile and a firm handshake by our salesman Mr Blue Buford. He listened to my wants and directed me to my new car. It was a great experience from the start, fair prices, helpful staff, and a beautiful new ride, Thank you Mr Blue Buford.
They charged $200 just to break my fiancé’s front tire and now they are ignoring our calls. Wanted to charge $2k without even getting to the real issue of the car. They also damaged the back tires.
they have always been extremely nice. I went in for an oil change and told them about my driver side rear tire, and that I had to air it up what seemed like every 3 days, they checked it and then was able to fix it and it was only 15 dollars.
When they say how long it will be for an oil change and rotation add an extra hour or two with no communication
Top Notch Service provided at this Dealership. I purchased my duaghter's Renegade at another dealer but chose CN due to location to my office. I took vehicle in for forward collision braking that hasnt worked since purchase. This safety feature was a one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle and CN did everything they could and got the issue resolved. Dwayne in service communicated very well. no pressure sales what you look and look and look, it took us longer to pick out a car then it did for them to do the paperwork that was a first for us very friendly people
