In October 2019 (10/23) we took our 2017 Grand Cherokee to the service department for a transmission leak. They replaced the gasket and said it was repaired. June (6/17) of this year we noticed it leaking again and took it back to the service department. The gasket was replaced again and we were told the leak was repaired. In July (7/27) it was leaking for a third time and we took it back to the service department. This time we were told it was actually the transmission pan that was warped and the pan was replaced. Don't buy "certified pre-owned." I'm a teacher and thought I was getting a reliable vehicle buy purchasing a certified pre-owned, 2018 Jeep Cherokee. They will tell you if anything is wrong with the vehicle, no worries, any Chrysler/Jeep dealership will fix it. The day after my Jeep was driven home, the left tailpipe was falling off and driver's side door hinge broken. That was a week ago. RecommendedI had just recently had my car worked at the collision center after an accident and I am very pleased with my overall experience. Danny at the collision center went above and beyond to make sure that I was never in the dark about anything, even when there was a small hiccup they did everything they could to make it right. I will definitely be bringing our vehicles back to the collision center as well as recommending Chris Nikel to friends and family for future purchases!

The sales guy we had was very pushy and rude about me getting a vehicle from you guys. So me and my dad decided to go check out Jim Glover and I had a good experience with them. I will not recommend anyone to show at Chris Nikel.
After my family having bought several vehicles from Nikel I found myself on the buying side after finding a vehicle online that I liked. I won’t recommend Nikel to anyone ever again after being completely low balled on my trade value while having other offers from other dealerships in town and being treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about from the sales representative who would rather argue over text than really go to work for me and the deal like they promote.
Ram diesels oil change went from $79.00 to $184.00. Won’t do any more business with them.

As of January 1, we transitioned from using conventional oil to full synthetic oil for those vehicles. While this does increase the cost, it also gives our customers a better product and value for the price. The current price is $129 plus tax for that service.
