went to Chris Nikel Dodge today and purchased a 2011 Dodge Laramie. I will have to say this is the best car shopping experience I have ever encountered. Dean and Mark were my salesmen and did everything possible to make this an enjoyable experience. There vehicles are extremely clean and well maintained and the prices are fair. We found the truck we liked and contacted the dealership. I was connected with Dean who answered all my questions. The truck we wanted showed "pending". But instead of accepting that as the final answer, he collected my contact info and within just a few minutes contacted us back. The truck was indeed still available. Showed up driving a truck in really rough shape, but finally ready to purchase a new truck. Was greeted immediately the moment we were out of the truck and ready to browse. We were treated with the same friendly, considerate attitude from that first greeting, through the process of the purchase, all the way til we said goodbye to our old truck and drove off the lot. Tom and Jake made buying a new truck a pleasurable experience!
I dealt with Blue in used cars. We found a used vehicle that had not made it to the front lot and he followed through with every promise he made. Everything went smooth once the car was ready and the finance guy wasn’t pushy at all. Worked a fare deal and I couldn’t be more happy. Outstanding experience.
Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL service! My husband and I drove 2 hours to Broken Arrow to look at a new Jeep Wrangler. Before we got there, John Campbell was immensely helpful and sent me a detailed video of the jeep we were considering buying.
