Rebecca does an excellent job of doing an annual review of our insurance needs. I actually look forward to these reviews. She is Extremely knowledgeable, and her communication skills are excellent. I will start by saying the employees here are very kind but unfortunately kind does not get results. It took 7 months to resolve my claim. The tow company took my car to the totaled vehicle lot and State Farm sent a rep to get it immediately. It was in actuality totaled but since State Farm made the mistake it ended up costing beyond its value in repairs. That is fine because I still did not come out of pocket but the main issue was a lack of communication. The representatives in the office should have been the ones working ... read more

Chris and his team were amazing after we were hit by the tornado in May 2024. Chris was out the morning after with supplies for those that needed them. He showed concern and assured us all would be taken care of. Rebecca was able to help in the process of getting all our estimates in and answered any questions we had.
