Always slightly nervous buying used cars having been stung before but visited Geoff following personal recommendations . He was fantastic from start to finish, honest and knowledgable without the dreaded ‘hard sell’ and we ended up buying a beautiful Audi Q2 with enough confidence in him and the car to drive it the length and breadth of Spain the following week. It has not let us down. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris Nicholls motors and we will certainly be using them again in the future.
Highly disappointed in the workmanship of this garage. I am a qualified mechanic and purchased a car serviced and replacement tyres supplied by them. A week of owning the vehicle both the near side wheels came loose causing damage to all near side wheel nuts and slight damage on NSR wheel. Apart form this, all other work done from them has been acceptable standard.
It was the first time I have bought a used car from Chris Nicholls motors. Initially dealt with Adam who couldn’t be more helpful. I purchased an amazing car that I am so pleased with! After sales team really good and left feeling valued as a customer. I would highly recommend buying a car from them 🙌🏻
