In what was undoubtedly the most challenging listing-to-closing I’ve ever experienced, Chris Newton was the bright spot. In a tough market he found a willing buyer, and worked to bring the deal to a close while working with myriad, shall we say, “interesting” tenants, attorneys and other relevant parties.
