We came to Chris in 2020 to build a new home. This was a time where building materials had spiked in price and were hard to find. Chris was the only builder in the area that worked with us directly to find ways to keep us in budget while still building the home of our dreams. Chris was very helpful in helping us pick products that would enhance the quality of our home and was available to answer questions at anytime. His team of workers are very professional and make sure that everything is done to their satisfaction. Chris follows through in making sure everything is done correctly.
Ten years ago, Chris Mull Homes added a second story to our ranch home. We were expecting our third child and Chris made certain the remodel was complete by her arrival date. We were more than satisfied with the results. Two years later, he remodeled our outdated kitchen. There were no details overlooked. Chris was accommodating to our requests and was easy to work with. I would recommend him for any home improvements.
Chris built our new home for us and we love it. His crew were very good and easy to work with through out the process. Chris had other homes he was building at the time, but his attention to details made it feel like we were his only clients. We would recommend him to any potential home builders. We cannot thank him enough for our new home.
Chris did kitchen, bath and miscellaneous renovations in our prior home that was over 125 years old. He did a great job of dealing with the idiosyncrasies of an old house while making updates. When we moved a couple years ago, Chris completed a major renovation, including the addition of a family room, bathroom & garage.
