Chris Is a great chiro Chris implements very gentle neck manipulation. I noticed after he did adjustments Id feel very relaxed and and sleepy after my adjustments I knew it was working. I wish I could afford to continue with adjustments. I also didn’t break bad habits like correct posture so it offset my adjustment progress.
