I discovered Dr. McNeil's office from a search on Microsoft CoPilot. I asked for the dentist on Maui HI with the best customer reviews. He stood out and now I understand why. I Came within a bad toothache to see DR Chris without an appointment,just like that as the other option was to go to MMH and it’s never a good thing. The reception lady totally understood my situation and I Was very Lucky that on that occasion DR McNeil was available within an hour. They took care of me that day,analyzing and executing the necessary treatment which took the pain out the very next day. It showed me how good is DR McNeil and his staff are. I’m very grateful for his help.

I’ve had such positive experiences with Dr. McNeil and everyone that works there. I had a bad experience with another dentist, and Dr. McNeil assured me that he’ll work on my cavity filling in a gentle way. He also made sure to let me know that if I was experiencing any discomfort to let him know. He did such a wonderful job on my cavity filling. He also fixed my bite after going to multiple dentists before him that didn’t quite get it right. Thank you Dr. McNeil and staff!

The dentist told my husband that he had a new cavity each year. He got them filled. The last visit the dentist again said he had a new cavity, my husband got a second opinion and he did not have any cavity at all. We feel that the dentist has lied about needing work done and he will not be going back.

I am a Veteran and having a Dentist Like Dr. McNeil accepting Veterans is a big plus. Very efficient and still personable, his staff are very exceptional, always making you feel welcomed. I personally wish I had found him sooner. If there was a rating above 5 stars, I would relay that to him..
