Love this place! The Dentists and Staff are first rate in my book. They go above and beyond in the way they care about you and your needs. Very professional yet take the time to listen and adjust plans to take care of everything in a most timely manner. They all have been a bright spot even in my continuing care.
Great environment! Staff has been around for many years & low turnover usually marks a successful practice. Always a friendly face to help. After more than 20 years, I’m a lifer. Be happy & well.
Always doing his best for my numerous dental issues I have been going to Dr. Matheson since I moved to Fargo in 2000 as recommended by family members. I have never had a reason to look elsewhere for my dental care. (except one time in Arizona when I had to see a dentist and it was a disaster ) When I need to be seen ASAP I get worked in to his schedule quickly . Always a friendly staff And have never had a negative result with Dr. Matheson's work.
I had a dental emergency over the Holiday weekend. I had the option to contact the on-call dentist , but I felt I could manage the pain myself until Monday . The staff returned my call immediately the next day . They were able to fit me in to see Dr Mathison. He was able to help alleviate my pain and came up with a plan that would accommodate my financial needs as well. He even had a back-up plan to assure all of my needs were met over the next few weeks . I really appreciate their compassionate care and staff.
