Asked a simple question of why my rate was increasing to receive a very condescending answer. Has been my agent for years but this caused for his immediate dismissal.
Chris Marshall is a very good State Farm agent! He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients understand their options and feel confident in their coverage. Chris is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about finding the best solutions for your needs. In April 2024 we had some hail damage to our roof. State Farm came out within days of the claim and took care of it quick with an approved claim amount, which allowed us to install a Top of the line, Class 4 High Impact Upgraded roof.
