On time within budget!
Chris has done work for me on two different houses. He communicates well and makes you feel like your his only client. Chris does excellent work and is very reasonably priced. I inherited a house from my dad that was in total disrepair and Chris did EVERYTHING to get it ready for rent shirt of carpet (I had another guy for that). I’m so confident in his work that I have just hired him to fix a horribly botched stain job on the deck on my new house. Will update with pictures
