Very happy with the repairs done to my car after it was damaged in a parking lot. My insurance company insisted to me that I had to have it repaired in Wangaratta instead of Benalla, where I live. Julie to the rescue. She took on the insurance company and I now I have a looking like new vehicle repaired at Chris Lowens in Benalla. Can't recommend them enough.
