My experience with Chris Liu Real Estate raises serious concerns about professional conduct and compliance with Queensland law. Funds were taken from me without written authorisation, and no service or product was provided. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly, the agency refused to return the money, even though such action was clearly NOT LAWFUL.
