Amanda and the team are the best. Was there at every stage of the selling process, if I wasn’t sure of anything Amanda and Chris were there to answer my inquiries. Talk about going beyond the call of duty , Chris even waited till 8pm at night to see me about a contract. I’ve not heard of any other agent that does that. So if you’re thinking of selling or buying, i recommend Chris Liu real estate. They are absolutely legends.

Cannot thank and recommend Chris Liu Real Estate enough. They provided us a rental when we arrived in Australia. We were constantly being declined for rentals and I remember property manager Ken at the time took the time to chat with me and get to know us we were approved super quickly and the process was really smooth! I changed the agency to Chris Liu Real Estate about 1. 5 years ago and I wish I did that sooner. ZsaZsa is by far the best rental agent I have ever experienced. She really cares about her clients and always provides me with professional advice and recommendations. Over the years I have experienced lots of unpleasant agents from other agencies, ZsaZsa is like a god sent angel, 10/10.

I rented a house thought Chris Liu and my experience has been very positive. From always allowing enough time between access notices, if things need to be fixing it was don’t in a timely manner. They were also very polite and professional and happy to help. Thank you 😊
