My family was homeless when we approched Chris Liu Real-estate, Met a wonderful employee Zsa-Zsa whom was very helpful understanding an helped us gain a house during the housing crisis, Along side with Chris himself the bar for real-estates is set very high if they want to compete with this group of wonderful people, On a Personal level here would like to say from the bottom of my heart Thank you all so much for the support and lots of love from me and my family! wish you all a greater future

I have seen 2 houses that this real estate has represented and both were not presented to maximise the house potential. 1st house the photos did not represent what the house looked like and the tennants were there when the open home was going on. 2nd house was also represented poorly. Yard not mowed, garden beds not weeded, pool in an absolutely disgrace, painting not finished etc. Avoid this real estate like the plauge.

We've been with Chris Liu with a couple of years at Wyndham Cct and we're so guttered about the recent transfer of property management, Chris Liu has been nothing but helpful and prompt with all of our requests. Every agent was very kind and done a lot of background work to help us have an easy going experience. 5/5 experience

Worst real estate will pretend they aren't double charging you will lie to the RTA and hide doesn't communicate when you do they are volatile if anyone else would like screen shots of emails between myself and Chris Lui himself even text messages which have also been provided of him asking for more money on rent even thou a new lease was signed which was less than the amount we agreed to on lease which is illegal when questioned about double and triple charges they stated they would send a bill out that follow day bill wasn'... read more
