Llegan tarde una hora a recogerte en el aeropuerto y usan uber cuando yo contrate otra cosa con coches normalitos El conductor no habla español y en la reserva figuraba que si habla
The driver had one job - drive us to the airport at 3 AM. We had an early boarding time and a tight connection. We called at 3:05 and were on hold for 6 mins. "I got a flat tire, I'll be there in 15 minutes." Uhh .... not okay. We all know that's the first excuse in the book of "I'm running late" excuses .... Now taking our personal car to the airport, and weren't able to get the ride we had paid for.
