Started my adventure in HVAC Oct 17th 1989, (San Leandro). Started my own business July 2001, I have put in many HVAC systems, repaired thousands of units. Wall and floor heaters are welcome. I am a repair and maintenance company, my goal is to repair and make sure it's safe, my van is full of parts and material to get the job done right the first time.

My family arrived to a cold house in Groveland. We couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our heating system so my husband called Chris for an emergency service call. Chris answered our early morning phone call and with his knowledge and expertise he was able to diagnose and solve the heating issue. We are truly grateful for his service and support.
I was not satisfied with the service I received in 2022. Chris threatened to sue me and take my house. I have had zero contact with Chris since 2022. Out of nowhere he is cussing at me, calling me names and threatening to sue me again. Beware!! See his email
My combo unit was not heating called Chris he came out on time the next day and diagnosed the problem and got my unit working in short order, thanks Chris. Will not hesitate calling him if i need future service.
