Chris came out within 30 minutes of our call when we arrived to our house at PML for the weekend on Friday afternoon and the heater not working. He diagnosed the problem quickly and although he didn’t have the exact parts he needed had the heat working within a short period. He will be back to finish off the job with the right part next week. Saved our weekend. Give him a call!
Today, August 19 we call Chris Hope. He Came to our property he did not fix our problem. instead he was complaining about our unit. It wasn’t set up properly. I was very disappointed. I will not recommend him.
Chris was amazing! Our heating & air stopped working, he came our the same day to troubleshoot the problem & was able to determine the issue. He even came back to double check it was not something else. After confirming the issue, he got our part ordered & everything back up & running. He also sent pictures throughout to show failed components. If you need help with problems or maintenance with your HVAC, Chris is your guy! I will call him for all my needs in the future.
My family arrived to a cold house in Groveland. We couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our heating system so my husband called Chris for an emergency service call. Chris answered our early morning phone call and with his knowledge and expertise he was able to diagnose and solve the heating issue. We are truly grateful for his service and support.
I was not satisfied with the service I received in 2022. Chris threatened to sue me and take my house. I have had zero contact with Chris since 2022. Out of nowhere he is cussing at me, calling me names and threatening to sue me again. Beware!! See his email
