AC died in the middle of the summer here at Pine Mountain Lake. We called Chris at 7pm and he came out the very next morning and fixed our system.
Arrived at our cold cabin in April to discover our wall heater had pilot light lit but no heat being produced. Called Chris Levering Heating. Chris was very responsive and came out in 2-3 hours. Turns out the thermostat wire in the wall heater had been chewed apart by a rodent. Chris replaced with a new heavier gauge wire along with a new thermostat (our choice since the existing one was at least 25 years old.) Chris was very thorough and efficient. We are so thankful we found him and would use him again if needed.
I called Chris and he came out to the rental property within two hours to diagnose try he ac . He showed us everything that was wrong with our system and gave some ideas on how to prolong its life , extremely knowledgeable and helpful and thoroughly explains everything going on.! He’s gonna be my first call in an easy referral to my customers so glad to have found him in our little area
10/10 no need to call anyone else. Chris was quick, professional and fairly priced. Same day service and saved us on a very hot day. Will only use this company from now on.
Top-notch service from Chris. He investigated my HVAC the same day I called, replaced what was needed, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend him for any Pine Mountain Lake or Groveland area residents!
