Chris was excellent to deal with, responded super fast and was always honest and on our side. Highly recommend his services.
Chris worked with us for over a year during our decision to move from out of state to Chicago. He started with just updating us in on market trends, to scouting neighborhoods, to finally viewing listings and putting in offers. He was communicative every step of the way and an absolute pleasure to work with.
As this was my first time purchasing a home, Chris was extremely helpful in going through the process and answering all my questions. He worked with me to find a condo that had all of my non-negotiables within my price range. I would gladly work with Chris with any future real estate endeavors.
Chris is 10/10 everything you want from a realtor. He is with you every step of the way, all the way through closing and goes above and beyond for his clients. As a first time homebuyer he is very patient and contentious with helping you find the perfect place and guide you through the entire home buying process. If you are in the Chicagoland area can not say enough great things about having Chris in your corner when purchasing a property!
We give Chris a 10/5 rating!! Priced our condo right and we had a full price offer from the first people through! 3 days after it was listed, too! If anyone is looking for a realtor in the Chicago area, we highly recommend contacting Chris!
