Bought a 2021 Ram 1500 a month ago. I told sales rep I had a Bank of America pre approval for a loan but had a hard time pulling it up on my phone. He said no worries , he would take care of it. He showed me the good faith estimate using my interest rate but filed for new loan at higher rate.
