I love this dentist office! I left my previous dentist office due to long wait times and rude staff to come to Dr. Chris Kim and I have been very pleased. Emma, the receptionist, is the sweetest person and ensures I understand everything about what I owe and the process of insurance. She is also incredible at scheduling me around my preferences. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Kim's office, I felt like I was in good hands. The fear and worry I had about needing a root canal melted away as soon as Dr. Kim and his team began explaining the process to me. They were so informative and attentive, taking the time to address all of my concerns with patience and care. During the procedure, I was pleasantly surprised at how gentle and reassuring they were.
