I thought I had a worn-out key but it was my ignition. He got into my 2009 Acura and removed the ignition despite numerous anti-theft safeguards, rebuilt it, and reinstalled it, at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner and with no leftover screws - All while being very courteous and professional. This was about a month ago and it's working like new with no rattles. Highest recommendation for Chris!
