I was triaged at IU Saxony with critically elevated BP and chest pain. The nurse directed me to waiting room and told I would be seen when they had room. I waited about 40 min and kept hearing the staff tell others the same thing. I left and was take to Ascension St. Vincent less than a mile away and within 10 I had a room, an IV, and an EKG. Everyone was attentive, caring, thorough, and friendly.
The doctors and nurses were friendly and took care of me as well as kept me informed.
The entire staff of doctors, nurses and support staff were wonderful. They are professionals in their field of patient healthcare. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was appreciated. I will recommend St Vincent Fishers to family and friends.
My Dad was a patient on the med-surg unit. The nursing staff is exceptional! They went above and beyond for our family and truly care for their patients. Thank you for your care!
