Do not go with this agent. He never follows up with his customers, even after his staff attempts to help but they can only do but so much without the agent. When we first got our plan, he was really rude when we were asking him questions, as if he assumed we didnt think he could do his job. As a first time home buyer, this threw me off 100%. We just switched agents today and I am thrilled!!
