It is unfortunate that I am leaving this review however I feel compelled to let others know the unprofessional experience I have had with this company. The loan officer never answers phone calls and emails take days for a response. The updates are vague and overall feel very non-transparent. All the other loan officers I have worked with in the past have been much more available and forthcoming. I cannot recommend this company based upon my experience.
Lazar and his team are the most understanding, helpful and fantastic lender in the Chicagoland area. We purchased our first home with Blueleaf and are in the process of purchasing our second home. Lazar goes above and beyond to provide you with everything you need for the entire loan process. He makes buying a home stressfree and easy. We can not thank him enough.
Had a nice conversation with a Mr. Sperry. I said I'd like to apply for a mortgage and he said fine as soon as we get off the phone I'll send you a link. After ten minutes, no link. I figured he must be busy so I gave 24 hours. Still no text from him. So I sent a reminder text, hey Mr. Sperry I'm still waiting for that link. Nothing. Just disappeared. I don't know if these agents are super busy these days but it shouldn't take too long send a link.
Mike Coyne is the best. I came in with low credit score and a small down payment. He worked with me to put me and my family into The house of our dreams. Very honest, straight forward, responsive and got me a great rate! Can’t recommend enough!
