We bought our 2024 Bailey 642 in December last year and would like to add our positive views of our experience. The van was exactly as described by CJL and was all set up for us to stay overnight next door to the caravan sales site. Mains electricity and water were provided and readily available on a very pleasant wide open space. I really can't fault the team at Chris Jones Leisure. It would be so great if just a handful of companies could give the same level of service these guys aim for. As others have said, they enourage you to stay overnight when picking up the vehicle so they can help with any last minute problems. We had a couple of minor issues, and they were straight on it. It's such a pity they're so far from us, as we'd definitely use them for other services.
Just purchased a Swift Voyager Motorhome off Lewis. The service and support I got was fantastic, I met Chris too, it’s a great well run family business. They are friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable about Motorhomes. They have great engineers who really know every aspect of motorhomes. They had a good selection for us to look at and they did an excellent deal on our final choice. I strongly recommend the team at Chris Jones Leisure, it’s a real pleasure to deal with them.
Lewis, Pete and Ben all fantastic! Had a great buying experience and an easy process. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and the friendly no nonsense approach won us over from the off. Top quality caravan too, well presented and honest. The overnight stay on handover was a brilliant idea
The best company I've had the pleasure to buy a caravan from. Excellent customer service and expertise. We brought our caravan after going to Malvern caravan show and met Lewis there. He talked us through everything and we came to a deal to part exchange our older van . We were invited to stay at there site and both vans were put nearby as to just swap everything over and free nights stay too.
