We have just got back home with our latest caravan purchase from Chris Jones Leisure, this is the fourth caravan we have bought from them over the years.We can't speak too highly about the friendliness and service,not to mention the quality of their caravans.We dealt with Lewis(Chris's Son)on this occasion such a lovely young man,all the team are so obliging and helpful. My wife and I picked up our first ever caravan from Chris Jones Leisure on Saturday. Lewis sold us the van, invited us for a nights stay in it prior to collection to make sure we knew everything we needed to know and much more. Very impressive service from start to finish in a relaxed none pushy environment. We bumped into a fellow Yorkshire man who had just bought his fourth van from the company so that says it all really! Excellent service at Chris Jones Leisure Ltd. Some months ago we exchanged our Coachman VIP 575 caravan for a newer model Coachman XL 875. Wow what can i say the whole experience of exchanging with documents and finances sorted was second to none. Outstanding service from the whole family. Over a month ago I spoke with a nice chap who was staying on the same campsite as I. We spoke at great lengths and he highly recommend Chris Jones, moments after I made a phone call and followed up with an email. I was advised someone will be back in touch with me, sadly this did not happen. They missed out on a sale due to poor communication yet Laura (receptionist) was delightful to speak with.
