🔥🍄✨ One of the BEST experiences we’ve had in the Santa Cruz area! ✨🌌🔥 Chris Johnson Glass Jay and I went glassblowing today at Chris Johnson Glass in Davenport, CA, and I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience. We were in the area on vacation and have always wanted to try working with glass. Chris was amazing, he taught as we worked and made the time engaging and fun. Hands down the best part of our vacation!!!

Our group of 4 had such a wonderful experience with Tyler and Chris! First of all, they are very safety conscious and are hands on every step of the way! Chris is very passionate about the physics of glass as well as design and beauty aspects! He is happy to indulge questions and share his wealth of knowledge and experience. We definitely plan on signing up for additional classes and seasonal design events! If you’ve ever been curious about how glass is handled this is a great introduction with enthusiastic instructors!

We have a holiday tradition of making an ornament each year and these blown glass ones are beautiful! We went as a family, 6 ppl, and each made 2 glass bulbs. So fun and a memory to cherish.
