Entering the building i found a very neat, clean and serene waiting room. The staff was efficient and professional. Dr. James was very personable with easy to understand explanations and treatment options. His scribe, Giavanna, was very kind and caring and went above and beyond to be helpful.
He was very ready to talk to. He explained my one problem and treatment in terms i understood.
The physicians, staff, and PT department are all the best. They are quick to respond to questions/concerns. Megan has been a huge help. Dr James is professional and relatable.
Dr James is very thorough and explains what he is seeing. He is caring. Spends time with you.
