We’ve been to the store couple of times! Esper has always helped us out ! Very informative , knowledgeable and really goes out of his way to help you ! I’d definitely recommend esper ! Thank you for helping us out
I haven't been to the physical store, but I do have experience with purchasing through their website store. I can say that they are very friendly and quick to provide responses to online inquiries for their merchandise. Products are top notch and they have extremely quick product shipments, though be aware that if you're outside of Kingston, you are paying full for that delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again; great store and employees.
Stopped by as a spur of the moment thing while visiting Kingston. Customer service was excellent and I found exactly what I was looking for.
