Had to change up my auto insurance and it was soooo expensive. I decided to try and search around and Ms. June at State Farm was one of the first calls I received. I mean they were on it! She explained everything to me about the Safe Driver program and how to keep my auto insurance rates low. Very helpful and kind and patient, all this new technology was intimidating but she made it a pleasant experience.
I did a quote online yesterday and June sent me a text message and then a follow up call. She heard all of my concerns what I wanted to add to my policy and gave me just that and then we added a renters Policy that basically gave me both of them for what I was going to pay just for the auto. So I got two for one. I love people that have knowledge and as a former insurance rep. It was as important to me to receive not only knowledge but great customer service.
Awesome customer service. 2nd to none. Mrs June is the best!
