I have went to this salon a thousand times and Chris is one of the Best color people in E-town. If he said you had something on you hair you should not have, then you had something on you hair that caused the problem. He does color all day long and I have been going to him for over 10 years and would trust anyone of my friends with him and do send them to him. If he's so bad how come it takes 3 weeks to get into him?
Visited this salon about a week ago, the guy messed up my color really bad and then tried to blame it on something that I had on my hair before. It was only on the ends not my whole entire head. duh. He knew that before he colored it. And the lady that shampooed me I won't even go there. You are better off going somewhere else.
