Chris sold me a fractional condo in Maui . Despite claiming to be the leading, most experienced ( and mostly exclusive ) realtor selling these units , he didn’t disclose that there was pending million dollar litigation for the complex due to major construction defects in the building . i am now expected to pay for this ( over 10% of the selling price ). Accordingly , an ethics complaint has been filed . BTW: Chris begged me to write him a 5 star review . What a joke .
