Luke was out and did a great job and cleaned up like it was his own house.
Type of company that damages your property and doesn’t even give you a call back over it. They, apparently, worked with Sneedville Utility District on July 8th at my home address to install a new meter tap. They damaged my yard 100ft away from where they worked. Using Chris Haggard Plumbing for years now. Their quality of service is the best and they don't overcharge. They always do it "right" the first time. This trip the basement was flooded from an old broken pipe, and they went right in and fixed the broken line. They fixed a livestock drinker as well. They were at my house within the hour after I called my problem into the office. 5 stars.
Had an issue with my lateral line clogged with trre roots. Got a reference to CHP. Called and their response was exceptional. Same day on-site scope and work needed. Todd was great at communicating and coordinating replacement. Team was knowledgeable, professional, and keeping me abreast of timing and completion. Cost was more than competitive for the work. Highly recommend them for any work. Will be my first call if I confront any future plumbing needs.
