I actually only spoke to the receptionist at the Chris Grettum State Farm office but she was a doll. She found the information I inquired about and took care of the paperwork for me. It was not something they handled everyday and she made a call to their corporate office to get thr right forms for me to sign. She submitted the paperwork and I was on my way after about 20 minutes well spent. The transaction was completed and mailed to me within the time she suggested it would take. It was a very positive experience.
Quite pleased with our experience with Chris. Very helpful and patient.
No matter how small or complex my question is, Chris is available and supportive, taking what time it takes for me to understand completely. He offers information on details that I forget to ask or that are important for me to know even if I am not aware of the need to understand. Chris and his team are absolutely amazing. They have always gone above and beyond, one example being they proactively reached out to me to ensure I am getting the exact coverage I am looking for from car insurance to life insurance.
