Chris and his team (especially Abby!) are amazing — super helpful, friendly, and on top of things. They never push anything on you; they genuinely try to understand what you need and how they can help. They’ve helped me switch insurance over to new cars the same day several times. Excellent agency with a great staff. Chris, Tim, and the whole team have always been incredibly helpful whenever I've called or needed their assistance. Chris did an excellent job of showing me the value of insurance (before I entered the field myself) without trying to upsell unnecessary policies. As an aside: I had always heard State Farm was the most expensive insurance. In my findings, their policies are competitive, and you get top-tier service backed by the State Farm reputation.

I reached out with some questions and was impressed with how helpful the front office staff person was. I am still learning how insurance works but she was patient and helpful. She explained everything clearly and asked good questions to help figure out my options. Definitely recommend.

Start with the fact that an agent performs different functions than the insurance company itself. Chris is friendly, knowledgeable and like his assistant Amanda is a pleasure to work with. They review, resolve and solve issues expediently. They make that aspect of insurance as painless as possible.
