Chris is unmatched in customer service and responsiveness. It’s hard to beat his personality and genuine interest in his customer base, not to mention always saving me money on my policies. 5 stars is not enough to rate my experience with Chris!
We've been with Chris Greenwold for about 10 years now for all of our personal home, auto, GL, and RV. We've been through our share of claims (hail, a couple vehicle incidents) and Chris has always been super responsive and reliable. And Country has always paid the claim like they should. Chris recently called me and said he found us a $2400 per year savings on our auto policy!
UPDATE: Chris texted me when I was have problems getting an appointment and he got me in the same day he texted me. :) Their customer service is subperb.
These folks are the best and most client centric agency I’ve ever used. If I could rate six stars I would.
