We used Chris on all our rental homes and apartment building when we had a rental business in Arkadelphia. He does good work and was used for our personal home several times, never any issues after his work was done. I work out of state, so some level of assurance when my tenants or wife could give him the keys and he would go and fix the issue without having to double check anything. Great business! Never has taken money until the job is done for as many years as I have known him. Does his best to be there for everyone. That phone rings non stop and he keeps everyone updated as much as possible and so do I. He’s a one man show who is training a new worker and trying to train and get so much work done is a lot by itself. He’s never done bad work, every time I hear about Chris I hear how great his work is and how sweet of a person he is as well. Called many times and texted. On many occasions was told I will be out this day or that day never came by. He did poor job on my past plumbing issues to the point I have house foundation issues now and my house is Unlevel. Then from their his other workers in the past had very fowl language. The work that was done cost more than the quality. He says he is license and insured I highly doubt that he is.
