Rented through these guys twice now and both times they have been amazing. Friendly and professional to deal with, quickly respond to maintenance requests and doing all they can to make sure the tenant is looked after, highly recommend

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Don't waste your time with chris gay real estate as it'll be a nightmare, they ended our lease very unprofessionally and have stolen our bond in relation to damages to the property when there are no damages to the property. They also scammed us into paying rent for the last week living there when we had paid first and last? That money has yet not been received.
Been renting off Chris Gay for some years now. Everyone in the team are very approachable, and along with the owners they address any concerns almost immediately. It has been a pleasure :)
