Walked in 2 ladies at front desk talking while i wait wait, then a lady said in here can i help. She couldn't help because my files were not there because before i lived in another city (4 yrs before) and nothing was transferred. Same company, but couldn't get help with info i needed. Ladies had no attention for a customer for over 20 yrs and someone should have told me another office couldn't help me long time ago.
