This beautiful kitchen remodel is in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose. Many of the homes here were built in the early 1900s. A tribute to this can be seen in the design of this kitchen. This is shown in the inset cabinets, cabinet hardware, soapstone counter tops, subway tile backsplash, light fixtures, crown molding and oak hardwood floors. The name of the game for this remodel and addition was open floor plan for the public space. This mid-century ranch home in Menlo park needed a refresh and a more appealing kitchen and living area. This was solved with a large addition on the rear of the home, which created space for a kitchen and living room. Plenty of floor space means lots of counter space, cabinets and furniture.
