I wasn't sure about buying a house; way too many doubts and concerns. However most of those issues can be solved with a good realtor, especially the budget issue. I went into the process unsure, Chris was there to make sure I wouldn't overreach financially; on top of finding a property my wife and I could afford comfortably, he got us a deal that was completely beyond unbelievable, we had to bring less than 5k to closing. To be completely honest I couldn't imagine buying a house ever again without Chris
