I have no idea we’re to start , so il start at the beginning. I had many issues with my teeth and gum disease spoke with a top dental specialist in Brisbane who said I should see Chris in Bundaberg to save so much travel. I called the surgery and wow 1st point of contact those girls who are now my life friends Dannielle and Shania I will be forever be grateful for you 2 girls , they went beyond to make me so comfortable every time I visited . I came here for treatment as I received a an emergency voucher from the dental hospital in town and this clinic was one of 6 listed as accepting emergency vouchers. I wouldn’t recommend it and I definitely won’t come back again. I told the dentist I’m sensitive to pain and asked that he checked with me during the treatment, which not only did he not check with me once, he was being the opposite of gently and I was hurting during the treatment (a simple filling replacement) and for hours after. No thanks!
Don't go there if you have any mobility issues - no ramp - only stairs, very hard to get my elderly parents inside, one with a walking stick and the other with a walker.
