Chris was so kind and knowledgeable about servicing the oil boiler in our first home. He also took the time to explain everything to us as new homeowners. Chris was also honest about what needed to be done and actually advised against unnecessary repairs. You don't see that transparency anymore in the trades. Chris Cool is awesome! We just had him come out to check on our heating system and perform any needed maintenance/repairs. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and why, and will be sending an estimate shortly for a recommended repair/enhancement. His pricing is straightforward and fair. Definitely recommend!
