Horrible experience after years of their service. I was scheduled a septic cleaning about 2 months ago. I have called and spoke to numerous folks at the office and promise to get back to me with a firm date. To date, 2 months later I have not received any callls nor has anyone showed up for my septic tank to be pumped. Please use another company. Rye NH resident.

Called for an estimate and they showed up in just a few hours. I had used them in the past and was pleased to see Cosi again. Update: who shows up on Labor Day Monday morning when you've got a water leak? Cosi, Mr Johnny On The Spot, from Chris-Co! Tuesday morning and work has already begun. Couldn't be happier with their response to our community's water problem.
