I brought them a suit with a few small stains that I pointed out and they had marked. 10 minutes after I dropped it off, I realized I left my wallet in the coat pocket. When I went back, the outsourced cleaner had already picked it up. No big deal. When the outsourced cleaners came back next, my Ventra card and cash (not much more than $20) were missing. Chris is the absolute best. Always delivers on my cleaning and alterations. Been going to her for over 5 years. No idea why the other two gave poor ratings, probably just reflects their own personalities.
