I brought them a suit with a few small stains that I pointed out and they had marked. 10 minutes after I dropped it off, I realized I left my wallet in the coat pocket. When I went back, the outsourced cleaner had already picked it up. No big deal. When the outsourced cleaners came back next, my Ventra card and cash (not much more than $20) were missing. Hemmed up my curtains so they were all the same size. Quick turn around.
Chris is the absolute best. Always delivers on my cleaning and alterations. Been going to her for over 5 years. No idea why the other two gave poor ratings, probably just reflects their own personalities.
Very rude.
