Made a huge difference to my hip range of movement so much so that I have walked three miles today
had a massage with Chris and it was exactly what I needed. He worked on my lower back pain (sciatica) and a severe contracture in my neck with great care and professionalism. I felt a significant improvement after the session. Highly recommend his services!
