This week I was referred to Dr. Chen for braces. But because of how his staff answered the phone to make an appointment , no thank you. They are rude . Tiffany and co- workers.
Dr. Chris and his team have been very knowledgeable and friendly throughout my Invisalign journey. They have a clean office with modern equipment to map out the necessary adjustments needed and utilize advanced dental knowledge to tailor specific refinements I have needed for my teeth. I have been undergoing my treatment for 2 years and am extremely happy with how my teeth have turned out. I would highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone who is curious to learn more and undergo the Invisalign journey.
I like the fact that during consultation, Dr. Chris Chen is very honest and I didn’t feel pressured from him like other places. He is kind, easy to talk to, and always attentive in addressing any pain or issues during the treatment process.
