For over five years now (and counting), we have used State Farm for our home and car insurance. The customer support provided (most recently by Kryslyn Beavers) has been consistently excellent in terms of answering/responding to questions swiftly and competently. The cost of the insurance policies is reasonable. The bottom line is that we would recommend State Farm Insurance to anyone who expects top notch customer service support and policies that are affordable and provide good coverage.
The office I deal with is in Epping. Chris is always busy, but will take a moment to chat with me. Jamie and Kryslyn always greet me with a smile. My latest problems have been solved by Kryslyn. My last auto insurance company was not willing to listen to me; I no longer wanted coverage and they ignored the fact that I had already moved on to State Farm. What a nightmare! The assistance are very helpful and diligent
I switched to STatefarm a few years ago with Chris Champman out of Epping NH and have been extremely happy with them. I'm a needy customer (haha) who has a lot of vehicles and house insurance so things are always changing. Kryslyn is always very responsive and is able to resolve most questions within the day. I would highly recommend them for any of your insurance needs.
