If I could give them 0 stars I would. I contracted the above referenced pool company to repair my cracked tile and plaster on my pool. The price from this mom and pop shop was competitive with other pool companies. But the selling point was what they based their success on and that was service. I would absolutely NOT recommend! I was/am looking for someone to service/maintain my mother’s pool since my stepfather recently passed and he maintained it. I spoke with them on Wednesday, provided the information and address, told they would be out that day, they did not come out. Contacted again the next day, then told they could not come out until the following Wednesday. Started out great. Even paid for them to do a few extra services on my Pool. Sadly, over that last couple of weeks, Clara has not made our weekly scheduled time and has even started lying about sending Chris in her place. I was also told during my consultation, that the price included weekly cleaning of the filter cartridges... this has also not been happening as frequently as promised. Very disappointed with the service, and neither Clara or Chris seem interested in discussing it with me.
This is the best pool company I have ever found and that is saying a lot I have been through many over the years. Clara has the best customer service. She is also very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
Chris has done an amazing job with our pool. He has it looking beautiful. Chris is so knowledgeable and professional we highly recommend him!
